The highly anticipated fifth studio album from 5 Seconds of Summer, titled 5SOS5, is finally here and available in CD format. The album is set to be released on August 27th, 2021 and is sure to be a hit among fans of the band.
Interestingly enough, this album marks the bands first time working with a variety of different producers, including Andrew Watt, Ali Tamposi, Louis Bell, and Charlie Puth. The band has described this album as a more mature and evolved version of their previous work.
The album consists of 14 tracks, including the previously released singles Easier, Teeth, and Wildflower. Fans can look forward to a variety of upbeat and emotional tracks, including Old Me and Not in the Same Way.
In a recent interview, lead vocalist Luke Hemmings stated, I think this album is an evolution for the band. Its a representation of where we are now and where we want to go in the future. Weve poured our hearts and souls into this project and we cant wait for our fans to hear it.
